My first goal was to lose 15 lbs. As of this morning I have lost 14! This means I'm going to owe myself a haircut. I think dieting is getting easier, as I see results I have the motivation to keep going. I'm giving in to small tempations, but in moderation. I'm fitting into some pants that have been hidden for a while.
Hooray for common sense diet and exercise!
