Moving On feels so good!

In February I adopted the phrase...moving onward and forward.. I am not looking back!
And I am NOT. I am moving forward... I have been working on getting back on track with exercise, sleep and tracking! I am in my 5th week of walking on the treadmill... I have not lost anything, but I can FEEL the difference in my clothes and how my body looks and feels. I joined the 10 min challenge team to get on track.
When I had ONE week left of that challenge I joined the sleep challenge team to get back on track with sleeping. Sleeping patterns developed during the recovery process was chaotic to say the least.
Now that I have ONE week left in this challenge (I am sleeping better), I am going to join the boot-camp challenge.
I really want to stay on track towards health! I am grasping it for all its worth! I am not looking back! I am looking forward and moving towards my goal of health! The wealth of health!
God is so very good and faithful! He is my all!
