slow and steady

slow and steady wins the race... sounds great in theory, but in practice, slow is just well .......... slow. I want to be down 50 lbs like yesterday, I'm not a very patient person. My head knows that taking the time to build good habits and consistency is the key to success, its just that I'd like to tweak my nose and be done with it. .... sorry for the rant... its one of those days. emoticon

    I think it's better lose weight slow & steady instead of so fast that the weight is likely to be yo-yoing from high to low to medium to high weight again.

    Wouldn't it be nice to drop 10 lbs. overnite. It is so easy to gain the weight and so hard to take it off again. Keep working at it and you will succeed. You can do it!!! emoticon emoticon
