slow and steady wins the race... sounds great in theory, but in practice, slow is just well .......... slow. I want to be down 50 lbs like yesterday, I'm not a very patient person. My head knows that taking the time to build good habits and consistency is the key to success, its just that I'd like to tweak my nose and be done with it. .... sorry for the rant... its one of those days.
