I "stole" this from a fellow Sparker.
For Week 1 the Tigers are working on the habit of Goals.We need to work on short term and well as long term and daily goals.
I have started writing a daily list of goals incorporating my daily goals and things to do to attain my longterm goals.I am wanting this to become a habit.I am a great procrastinator and this will help me to stay focused.
