The pavement tryed to get me...

Thursday, April 14, 2011

Well it's a beautiful 72 degrees outside so Eric and I went for a bike ride. We drove to Harris Teeter and unloaded the bikes. We got on the Linton Hill Trail and rode 6 1/2 miles. I only hit the pavement once-My thought(Is my Bike OK?) I can't beleive I hit the pavement-I have front suspension on my new bike and when I stopped and leaned forward I fell off. The only thing hurt is my Pride. That's a good lesson learned- emoticon emoticon

I have hit the pavement more times that I can count. It was usually since I have not unclipped my shoes from the pedals.
What wonderful weather to ride in too. emoticon

good for you getting out there! my bike had been sitting in the basement for 2 years getting dusty - it is now in the garage and i just have to put air in the tires. so hopefully your motivation will rub off on me.
