The weather has broken a bit and I'm venturing outside to walk again. Good thing too, because I got on the scale at the doctor's office yesterday, and I'm up six pounds since October! Ouch! That's not good, but it was a good wake-up call. These 10-min workouts aren't cutting it, especially since I'm not tracking calories. Making it happen again, even if it means hanging out with Leslie and her everlasting silliness when it's raining, which it does quite a bit here in the Pacific NW. Spark on!
