I am down 25 pounds since the beginning of the year! It was so weird because I had a week where I felt I did really well and had no weight loss and then I did kind of crappy last week and I weigh myself today and was so surprised at the number.
AND I already met my cardio minutes for the week and it's only Wednesday. I am thrilled about this since last week I didn't do so well because I had such a bad cold.
I am feeling great and still wondering why I fall off the wagon with exercise. I really hope I can stick to it this time.
