I get up at 4 am to go walking. Last night I forgot to set my alarm. I woke up at 4:15. The old me wanted to stay in bed since I over slept for walking. The new, want to loose weight me, wanted to get up. I laid there for ten minutes with that battle going on. I gave in to the new me and got up. I may not be loosing weight very fast, but I am making progress in my thoughts about weight loss.
