Visualize what you want, don't obsess

I am now down to a weight I have not seen for a few years. It feels very good. While I still have 10# to lose, I know I can do it. I gave up on saying, "I need to lose weight to look good for others" or "I have such and such event coming up so I need to lose" or "I am not worthy if I am not a certain weight" ...what did it was putting out there to The Universe that I wanted to manifest a healthy weight and lifestyle, and I visualized the number but did not obsess on the number.

I quit feeling guilty for not doing everything perfectly. It seems to be working.

I would note that I've been at this for 17 months with a 6 month hiatus while I had a head injury.
