Getting back to doing yoga

On Monday I started the day with yoga and managed to do a session every morning so far this week. I feels great, despite a few tender muscles.
My eating has been all over the place and the scale shoes it - pretty scary numbers right now :( The last few weeks have been a social whirl involving lots of unsuitable meals at different times from my usual schedule. I don't normally eat much at dinner and having my meals turned "up side down" is not agreeing with me...
I'm hanging in there, making the best choices I can but it is hard. At least getting back to yoga is a good start - the eating will be my focus next week! In the meantime I'm trying to contain the damage...

    I know it is so rough when you get out of your healthy routine. Yesterday was like that for me....but today I seem to have gotten it back on track. Good to hear that you are working on it.

    I am so glad you were able to get back into the yoga, my yoga has not happened, but I have been on my monster bike with the kids, so that is something....
Life does get a little crazy sometimes and we just have to do the best we can.....

Glad you took the first step to get back your YOGA TIME!!! whoo hoo!

Good on you for hanging in there. You are starting right here in this moment. What happened last month, last week, last night does not need to dictate what you do today.
