10LBS GONE!!!!

10LBS -- You can kiss my big sweaty butt!!!! In seven weeks I have lost 10lbs!!! Week 1 I did not track and lost zero, the week Dad was in the hospital I lost zero - the rest of the weeks I averaged -2lbs!! WHOO HOO!! I am 1/6 of the way to what I think will be a maintainable weight.

What did I learn most in the last 7 weeks?? Exercise is important, but tracking your food is even more important. Tracking really has been the key in my weight loss. Yes it took me YEARS to figure this out - but better late than never!

    Good for you. Tracking has been very helpful for me too. It's amazing how fast those calories can add up!

    You are so right! Do you know how many times I tried to lose weight without tracking? This is the first time I've lost a lot of weight and I tracked to do it. I don't think that's a coincidence. Again, way to go!
