I'm having such a hard time getting focused again. When I started TurboFire I was on top of my workouts 100% and ever since I got off track due to my recent move, I can't seem to get back on like I was before. I mean, I love the workouts!! the hard part is popping the DVD in. It seems like I don't have time, like I don't get enough sleep....it's crazy! I tell myself every night that I'll wake up early to get my workout in, but I feel so tired and can't seem to wake up.
I do workout a few times a week, and I try going to the gym but I don't feel like Im working as hard as I use to.
This is becoming so frustrating. I mean what is it? Do I not have the courage to lose weight? Is it normal to feel this way? What do i need to over come this? or better yet, how do I get through this?
