Ideal Protein - Week 1 Continued

I just put together my order for next weeks food. I go in on Thursday to weigh in and pick up the next weeks worth of food products. Here's how that works: In phase one of the program I have to eat 14 regular IP foods and 7 restricted foods. You can only have 1 restricted food per day. Restricted foods are thinks like soy chips, chili, bars, soya nuts, soya puffs, oatmeal, and pancake foods. Regular IP foods are yogurts, puddings, drinks, soups, omelet, and cereal foods. All in all - a good line up. Looking forward to the next week worth of foods.
This week has been going just fine. My IP lady said that I may be hungry at first and mentioned that there could be headaches - check and check. That is gone now though. I must focus on getting enough water though - perhaps that will assist in moving my food along ;-)
I went to my freezer to see what we had to eat for suppers coming up - hmmm.... not alot in there that is considered on program. I have premade meatballs, lightly breaded fish, premade burgers - all a no go. I took out the roast and the shrimp. Going to have to pick up some fresh - not premade - meats on Friday.
Fridge is looking ok though - lots of veggies. Hey - I made something pretty tasty today for supper. I found a "rice" recipe where you use cauliflower and grate it and then cook it in a pan (don't add water) over medium heat. Worked pretty good - ended up making "fried" rice with veggies and eggs. I don't know if eggs are on program. I have to look that one up.
