Wow, what a great new life I have. So happy that I am eating better and healthier.. I love the challenge of finding all the super foods that are good for us, I like trying them, and deciding if they are right for me.. It is like a new adventure to find nutritional dense foods. I do not care how many calories they have if they are good for me, I just practice portion control, which I am learning so well.. I am so very proud of myself.
I feel so much happier, I need to stop and tell the whole truth here, I will eat bites of naughty foods. I love them and I never plan on giving up naughty foods totally.. but now instead of eating a double portion down to the last crumb. I eats bites of them.. maybe 3 sometimes 4 bites, but that's IT! I fill up on really good foods.
I love my new foods: Almond butter, Chia seeds, flax seeds, greek yogurt, almonds, walnuts, whole wheat, eggs, rice cakes, popcorn, olive oil, berries, fruit's, veggies etc, etc.
Also I must tell you I do not feel that much better, as I have also felt fairly good.. I am sure as time goes by I will feel much better once I have dropped 30 more pounds. I am finding that it easier to move around, that is for sure after 37 pound loss. I love looking down at my lap and seeing my tummy shrinking and being able to see more of my legs when sitting.
So BOO YA for me..and all of US that have found a New Lifestyle Don't we just.......... Sparkle though?
