I have trouble drinking all the water I'm supposed to drink every day. I do feel better when I do, but water is just so....boring. I add lemon to it...it sort of helps. I just prefer my coffee and tea and milk.

How can I drink more water? Anyone? emoticon

    I have a jug I use at home and a large (48oz) water bottle I use at work to keep track of my water. I fill them both at the beginning of the day and work all day long at drinking them until they are both gone.

    I agree with FUNSIZE... I hardly ever got my water in. I have made it a priority, and found a water container (that does not leak one drop when it tips) to carry EVERYWHERE with me. I measured out the water with a measuring cup, and found that it holds just a little over 16oz (small water bottle)... I aim to drink 4 bottles a day, and I seem to drink it faster & more often. I know that I need to drink the 4 bottles & try to space it out. Lemon for me is a MUST in the water. Oranges and ruby red grapefruit is good too, if you want a change in flavor. emoticon emoticon

    I've found the type of container I drink out of makes a difference. A normal glass for me does not help and I usually don't get all my water during the day. I've purchased a small spouted water bottle and it seems to help. I tend to just kinda chug the water down and I usually consume MORE then normal! Good Luck!
