Today, I didn't have a great start, but it was tasty..lol. I had slice of left over pizza from last night.
So for lunch, I choose something a lot better; a chicken patty and a homemade smoothie with no added sugar or honey. It was so good! I put 2 whole oranges, about 1 1/2 of frozen pineapple chunks, a cup of my carrot, kale, brocolli and mango juice, and about 2 cups of water in the blender and when it was done mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!!
So I am feeling like I am on a better start then I had been lately. Please keep me in your prayers to stay on the healthy road!
Finish cleaning my room
Make more paper flowers
Finish Emily's birthday card
Stay outside with Noah most of the day. (Today is WONDERFUL!!!)
