This is my pattern: I do well for a week, I quit doing well for a week, repeat. It is like I like myself, then I don't. I just had a "not doing Spark People week" and while I didn't binge as much as I usually do [i guess that is a small victory..], it has made me very frustrated with myself. I'm not sure what to do to break this vicious cycle. It is the entire reason I make no progress. I lose weight, I gain it. I am the yo-yo girl. ugh.
