RFML 100 Days to Summer Challenge
Week 4 Review

Not a great week. I just wasn't feeling it last week. I have a lot of work to do this week.

Starting Weight: March 14: 219.6
Last Week: April 4: 214.8
Today: April 11: 214.6

Weekly loss: 0.2 pounds. Well. I guess I'm glad I didn't gain, right? Right? (that's the sound of me trying to convince myself). I'm actually more interested in seeing the scale tomorrow when the effects of a high sodium weekend and TOM are diminished. On Friday I was 213.8 so I imagine I'm actually a little closer to that.

OK. Let’s review

Nutrition: 5
This is the only area in which I got all my points. I messed up (yes, I did), I ate out. Heck, I even messed up when I ate out because that's how dedicated I am to this team! While I did get my points it was not a great week nutritionally. The Georgetown Cupcake was totally worth it though. So was the beer.

Strength: 4
I got most of this in early in the week when the challenge was harder and I was trying to figure out how to fit it all in. By the time the change was made I was done. Except for the abdominators, I only did two days of those.

Cardio: 3
I loved the housework part of this. It was nice not to have to choose between health code violations and earning points. I didn't do the desk workout or any swimmees. I don't know why. I just didn't. FAIL

Balance: 4

Once again no action on my part. I can never really think of anything to do.

Total 16/20 pts.
My worst week yet. I need some warrior style motivation. And about 20 extra hours a week.

That being said, if it were easy for me to get 20 points a week, what would really be the point of being in the challenge?

Week 5

This week will be a challenge. Friday evening, we are going to my parents house in TN for 4 days so I won't be home in my comfort zone. I'm unlikely to break into the pussycat dolls video in my parents living room. I'll do as much as I can before we live and I'll definitely get some miles in while we are there.
