It was a beautiful day yesterday! I got out for 2 walks in addition to my workout!! Last night turned stormy and the tornado sirens went off and sent us to the basement for an hour or so. I had a hard time sleeping last night... I was so overtired because it was way past my bedtime by the time I went to bed, and I heard the strong wind all night... guess I was anticipating having to head to the basement!! Anyways.... no early morning workout for me!I was sooooo tired when I got up this morning... so were my boys. Oh well... I'll get it in later.
This week starts a crazy busy week.... juggling work, tennis practice 6 days this week for my oldest, baseball practice 3 days for my youngest, driver's ed 3 nights for my oldest, CCD for both boys, and haircuts for the boys and myself! So I'm running from 4:30-8:45 each night this week!!

Oh well.. on the positive side.. it'll keep me from wanting to snack at night!!! LOL!! I'll be ready to fall into bed by the time I get home!!

1tbsp black olives, 1 tbsp tomatoes, 1 tbsp avacado, 1 tbsp salsa, apple bites
water- 48 (not enough)
workouts- core20, stretch40, 15 min walk, 20 min walk
