Well, thank God.
I lost 2 lbs.
It was my first full week of nutrition tracking after a five month break. It's so great to see the numbers coming down instead of going up!
I have to say it was hard.
I was hungry all week. In the end I gave in and had some extra calories. But hey! My body must have needed it cos i still lost weight!
