I know I have made some very big accomplishments but staring at the ounces I have lost over the last couple of weeks has me a little annoyed.
You see, just ounces are actually all I should have lost. I have been slack about tracking, I missed a couple of days at the gym and perhaps I indulged in a few too many foods from the "other" category.
My unofficial goal was to hit 100lbs lost by the end of my first year at Sparkpeople. I might not make it. I know the lack of movement this week will spur me back into my good habits!
