So lately I have had TWO obsessions as far as workouts go, and honestly I have had a hard time decideing which work out I should do and what would benefit me the most....
I have decided to Bodrock Mon, Tue, and Wed.
Xtend Barre on Thur and Fri
Bodyrocking gives me that pumped, adrenolin feeling that I need, it also gives me the change that I need so that I don't get bored with my workouts mentally and physically.
Xtend barre gives me the cardio and peace of mind feeling (even though it is a difficult work out) because you have to focus so much on the actual muscles that you are using to get the full effect of the work out. Xtend Barre is also a full hour of working out where as body rocking is anywhere from 20-10 minutes of pure intensity so it shakes things up for me!
I am so happy that I have found a way to utilize both my "loves" adequately
I also feel as though I have been slacking on the nutrition side of my journey so it is time to get serious about this meaning eating smaller portions hopefull this along with my new work out routine should give me the results I am looking for!
