I joined Golds Gym about 1 month ago. As I work rotating 12 hour shifts and a 45 minute drive each way to work and home it is hard to be consistant at going to work out at the gym. I do go on my days off.
The last 2 night I have been riding an exercise bike for 35 minutes a night at work.
Tonight I also did some weight lifting.
I am also trying to get use to contact lenses.

    Good for you!! Rotating shifts....and long ones at that....can really take a toll on a person. Good job working around those obstacles and getting in some exercise. Awesome. Keep it up.

    Glad you found a way to exercise at work. That makes it so much more likely to happen. I enjoy exercise that I can do at home or walk out the door and do, like walking along the river. Keep up the good work.
