A really Good day.

Saturday, April 09, 2011

Today was the best day I have had in months. My colitis is improved, my migraines are less often, and I got more things done in one day than I've done in weeks.
I think with the nice weather it made me feel good and I had a kick in my step. I do have to get back to taking care of myself more and I plan to do that. So this week I started back to exercising and next week I will start logging my meals.
It's been a long, hard and cold winter and I just want to get back to living again. One day at a time and I will do it. emoticon

I'm glad you had a good day and are feeling better. I'm sure you can get back to exercising and tracking your food regularly. I've taken off a month (or more) from exercising and am determined to get back into it this week. The warmer weather helps a lot.

Sure seems like winter has dragged on forever....yesterday I was out raking up the rest of my leaves from the garden. It felt great. It felt great to see everyone else out in the neighborhood doing the same thing. I think we're ALL good and ready for Spring. With it comes renewed hope.

I'm glad you are feeling better.
