So I decided to try an experiment and not track my food for a week. I paid attention to what I was eating and thought I was doing fairly well. But, I tracked my foods again today and I was about 400 calories higher than I thought I was. So....guess it's back to tracking. Ugh. I was really hoping I could give that up to some extent. I don't like being a slave to the computer. But it does seem to be helping. So back to tracking I go.
