TOM is here and I have had a HUGE craving for pizza for 2 days now, but have not given in.
Tonight I was dreaming about pizza & decided that I had to do something about it! Hence, this new concoction that hits the spot without the calories and the guilt. YES!!!!
Fellow Sparkers, I give you...
THE PERFECT WEIGHT LOSS PIZZA
- 277 calories
- 29 grams of protein
- 14 grams of fiber
...and the BEST part is that for the above stats I got to eat the WHOLE THING!!!!
Granted, it is not the lowest in sodium, but pizza is never low in sodium, so you really can't win there. I've thought about finding a good homemade pizza sauce recipe, but when in a time crunch, this is what works.

I baked it for 5 minutes, but it probably could have stayed in a little longer to get the crust crispier. Yay for satisfying meals that fit the plan!
