Juice Fast Update

After the first day I was feeling REALLY I would start snapping at people and stuff. So I realized that I need to ease myself on to the fast instead of full force.
I pulled back and started to eat "real" food at lunch as well as Dinner. Breakfast and snacks were either fruit or a fruit smoothie. The last two days I have fallen back to my old habits, but I am hopping back on the wagon and on we go!
I did loose 10lbs though! Yay, me!

Good job, you followed your body's signals and changed your plans.

I had to try several times before successfully completing a 3 day juice fast, so ease yourself into and make sure you are really prepared.

Fasting of any kind can release a ton of stored toxins into your system before they are eliminated, so having proper nutritional support is a must!

Take it easy and keep going, you're doing great!
