After the first day I was feeling REALLY nasty..like I would start snapping at people and stuff. So I realized that I need to ease myself on to the fast instead of full force.
I pulled back and started to eat "real" food at lunch as well as Dinner. Breakfast and snacks were either fruit or a fruit smoothie. The last two days I have fallen back to my old habits, but I am hopping back on the wagon and on we go!
I did loose 10lbs though! Yay, me!
