A temporary member of the Ghee Club

We're off to India this weekend, only because we've never been before. We will have internet access while there, but will be eating out all the time, and sparking will be impossible so won't even try. I'm on a plateau (65kilos) it's the lowest I've weighed for decades and I'm happy with it for now, will get that final 12lbs off when we get home.
I don't use the nutrition tracker nearly as much as I did when I started. I know roughly what to eat and how much to exercise, but when I get home I'll get back on it again - promise.
The only thing that bothers me is ghee - the clarified butter in which Indians cook everything. It's delicious of course, but even innocent looking dishes like spinach (saag) are usually enriched with it. Oh well, it's only 3 weeks. So I shall become a temporary member of the Ghee Club!
