Starting Over

so I started wondering if I have forgotten all the stuff I read/learned back when I first signed up in January 2008 so I have reset all my goals and started at the beginning of the fast-break goals. I did this yesterday :) haha but I HAVE been good and I have set an Outlook calendar reminder for me to fill my 32-oz water bottle up everyday at 10:30 a.m. and I haven't been leaving work before I finish. I'm going to work my way up to 64-oz/day. I think I've also been much better at tracking everything I eat and I am NOT good .... I eat healthy between 8:30 - 6 p.m. and then the second I get home, I have my wonderful boyfriend to blame. I received my credit card statement today and we had 5 trips to Buffalo Wild Wings last month .... and that was NOT all of our eating out. I had $600 on restaurants. That's terrible, no wonder I can't lose anything! So I brought it to his attention and hopefully we will try to eat out less. I have been trying though and even though we will go out, I've been trying to have healthier options (i.e. Garden salads or grilled chicken salads, etc). I've even been opting out of going out (like last night, he went to BWW with a friend for 60 cent wings and I stayed home)

I'm trying ... I don't think I'm fat but I'm tired of the yo-yo dieting
