Well, I started last year out right! I ended up losing 36 pounds between January and July. But after summer I got into a slump. I was in a relationship that I wasn't happy in and I again turned towards food. I gained about 15lbs of that back :(
It's now April and I can honestly say that I am in a great relationship with a man that I love. I am looking forward to moving into my new house and start to cook meals and getting back into working out. I'm hoping that SparkPeople will help me achieve my goals again!
