I just weighed in last night at 138! I'm so excited. My pants are actually feeling looser.. to the point where if I don't wear a belt, they're gonna fall right off! I'm so excited. One of my goals was to actually be comfortable in my clothes. I used to dread wearing certain pants because they'd be so tight and I'd feel sick at work. Now, they are totally fitting better.
I just bought size 8 jeans! i've been a 10 for about 2 years, so thats really exciting. I never in a million years thought I'd be a six.. but I think thats my next goal.
I'm totally loving crunches all of a sudden. I used to hate them, and cheat my way through. Now, I do 300 crunches (all different kinds) about 4 days a week. I feel a difference. I feel stronger.
I have people at work who are holding me accountable for walking too. We walk about 1.5 miles up a MASSIVE hill at lunch time twice a week. It's great because its helping blow my cardio minutes out of the water!! I'm just about tripling what SparkPeople says I should be doing for Cardio. I dont want to over do it, but I know that a little bit here and there is going to be great.
I think I recruited two people from work to join SparkPeople. Its such a great website. I absolutely love it. And so far... its working! YAY!
