Omelette (1 egg, 2 egg whites, mushrooms, red bell pepper, tomato), ~ 200 calories

Lunch:
Black bean burger (black bean patty, light whole wheat bun, mustard, organic ketchup, pickles), ~ 300 calories

Snack:
S'More Luna Bar, 190 calories

Dinner:
Baked salmon with fresh roasted asparagus & fresh cantaloupe, ~ 350 calories

Dessert:
1/2 cup chocolate frozen yogurt, 100 calories
1 cup strawberries (~ 50 calories)
1 piece dark chocolate (55 calories)

Water: ~ 64oz
TOTAL: ~ 1245 (+ two bites of crockpot oatmeal)


Plan for tomorrow (work):
Morning Protein: Luna Bar (190 calories)
Breakfast: Crockpot oatmeal & fresh organic apple (~ 300 calories)
Lunch: Tilapia with cantaloupe & green peas, greek yogurt (~300 calories)
Dinner: hmm... haven't thought that one through... need to plan! Needs to be around 400 calories or more total, including dessert. Maybe a black bean burger?
