I am now about six weeks into doing strength training twice a week and logging in my nutrition tracker, and I have to say that it's pretty discouraging to step on the scale and find myself nine pounds heavier! Drinking eight glasses of water a day is my biggest challenge, and I have to say that I've only been able to do that maybe three times in six weeks. Soooooo, I've decided to do a streak starting today on drinking eight glasses of water a day. I am not giving up on myself because of the weight gain. I just need to figure out what needs to be done about it to get the scale going in the other direction. Needless to say, it is freaking me out!
