30 Day Shred is Kicking my Butt

I am on day 3 of level one and this morning I could feel soreness in my arms, back, thighs and calves. I love it. I am determined to complete this and transform my body into the healthiest it can be. I was sweating and fussing and talking back to Jillian during the circuits and I am ready for day four. emoticon emoticon
