This has been a good week now that I am Tracking again. I am going to take a walk and go work out soon. Lunch was pollock, rice and ww noodle pilaf( with chicken broth and green beans in it) and broccoli.
Made ice tea with real lemon and cane sugar. Yum and healthy! emoticon
