More Shake Weight Info.

Can only speak for the woman's Shake Weight since don't know any guys using (that admit it, anyway). In addition to what already said about Shake Weight would suggest not more than 2-3 times per week when first starting. Done correctly it does exhaust your arm muscles. Know commercial basically shows woman doing the exercise in front...also do the one handed and the behind the back (the paperwork shows what am talking about). Strongly suggest that any woman (unless arms in really good shape) not try using the men's version to begin.

  HI....I only used Shake Weight as the paperwork said. My arms became tired after a while (relatively short while). Unfortunately my Shake Weight disappeared into either my step daughter's room or my son's room. Since it is among the missing I've taken to working out in the fitness center (free) here at work. Will continue to be looking for my Shake Weight. Definitely would NOT use the men's version until the women's was way to easy (although that shouldn't happen if you add more time). Good Luck. Let me know if you use it and how you're doing with it. It does help with the batwings if you use it consistently! emoticon emoticon

    Hi Thankyou for this info. Can you sparkmail me more info about shake weight. I noticed that you posted a reply on the board " What are the little things you have noticed' and you said that you were getting rid of your bat wings. Can you tell me how I can get rid of mine? I was not sure if it was possible. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Good advice. I have and use the women shake weight and I like it. I started out slow. It adds a little something extra which is what I like about it.
