Can only speak for the woman's Shake Weight since don't know any guys using (that admit it, anyway). In addition to what already said about Shake Weight would suggest not more than 2-3 times per week when first starting. Done correctly it does exhaust your arm muscles. Know commercial basically shows woman doing the exercise in front...also do the one handed and the behind the back (the paperwork shows what am talking about). Strongly suggest that any woman (unless arms in really good shape) not try using the men's version to begin.
