, World Health Day is an initiative to get the world to think more about making smarter and healthier decisions. This is a good opportunity to re-dedicate our lives to get back on track. I’m doing things like:
Pledging to walk more – the weather is getting nice
Cutting out unhealthy snacks – Kettle chips are a big weakness, and I’m replacing them with raisins and carrots
Eating breakfast more consistently.
