2 steps back

I was on track and doing really well, but I started going in a different direction. I didn't have time to track my food, and before I knew it the pounds started to creep up a little. I found that planning my food and actually tracking it the day before was working well-I think i'll try that again for the next week and see how it goes. I didn't always stick to the menu I had set for myself, but when i bought the candy from the vending machine, i added it to my tracker and took away the pudding cup i was going to have after dinner.
At least workouts have stayed consistent-I always set a monthly goal for myself and don't usually have trouble meeting that.
