Walking - 15 + min for 10 day s
water - 10 + for 10 days
Spenting time in Bible - 30+ for 10 days
Sleep - 7+ for 10 days
How many days do you have to do something for it to become a habit? That's the question I am pondering tonight. After I have made these four activities a habit, I will have to make another descision on what to work on next.
In the meantime, I will continueto work on getting my eating into some kind of order. I give all praises to my LORD fo what I have been able to accomplish so far.
Will keep on keeping on and finish this journey.
