Staying on track!

So I am doing really well with food and exercise but it is discouraging that the weight doesn't seem to be coming off. Still, focus on the positive. I have muscles in my arms that you can actually feel and my core is getting much stronger. Today on my hike with the dog I did a little jogging on the flatter part of the trail, although I'm not a huge fan of jogging in hiking boots.

Also, tonight is the first night I haven't nursed my baby before he went into his crib. I am feeling sad. We only nurse twice a day, and I know it is time for us to bring nursing to an end, but still, I am going to miss it. My little guy is so active that I feel like I will never get any cuddle time anymore! :(
