Had said a long time ago in a message to folks in SP that was going to try the Shake Weight and would let you kow if it worked.....it does! Naturally it's not as easy or is it as much fun as it appears on tv but....my 'jiggle' is pretty much gone and my arms feel stronger. You'll most likely not be able to do the weight for 6 minutes as shown but with time you can get there. BE PREPARED FOR SORE ARM MUSCLES (especially triceps).
