Fell off the exercise wagon, but slowly climbing back on...

I seriously fell off the exercise wagon after daylight savings time change last month. My body didn't want to make the adjustment. I also got careless about what I ate, but I've had enough of that.

This week, I'm back on the wagon. There is nothing I need to do that is more important than becoming fit and improving my health, so I'm recommitting myself to Sparkpeople. Wish me luck as I struggle with this journey of lifestyle change.

    I had a similar problem last month, but never tied it to the time change. makes perfect sense. thanks for sharing. I'm back on the exercise program, which makes me very happy...good luck on your return.
