I seriously fell off the exercise wagon after daylight savings time change last month. My body didn't want to make the adjustment. I also got careless about what I ate, but I've had enough of that.
This week, I'm back on the wagon. There is nothing I need to do that is more important than becoming fit and improving my health, so I'm recommitting myself to Sparkpeople. Wish me luck as I struggle with this journey of lifestyle change.
