Its been a while since I posted anything in SP.. I have been off way too passive with all the happenings in my life.. Too many things to handle at the same time and my healthy habits took the last seat as always.. It is like I can always get back to this, but the other tasks can't wait.. Huh.. but if I stop and think of it.. I think I am wrong.. Once health is lost, everything is lost.. So, are the other things really as important as they appear? Probably not!

Oh yeah.. I get these spurts of wisdom at times which takes me nowhere if I don't act on them.. I know all the ways of taking care of my health, work life balance, etc, etc.. but what is the use if I don't use them in my real life?

Ok.. I need to get back on track.. I just started thinking about getting back on track.. May be I will take baby steps towards even getting back on track, and then towards my goal.. For now I need to track my calories which is the toughest job on earth for me. And there it all begins..

I hope I can track my calories atleast 4 days a week. I'll do a sanity check on how I am doing with this goal next week.
