Well, I haven't posted a blog in a long time.
On March 31 I was happy that I was able to lose 4.4 lbs during the month of march. I have been going strong on workouts and doing great. Spring break with the boys has started out on the wrong foot and stressed out. Saturday our plans for the planetarium didn't work out cause when we got there, there was a huge line and they were already sold out. So we changed and got ice cream. BAD CHOICE. I should have skipped it. Then we ended up having pizza for the second time that week, another bad choice. Made puppy chow for the kids treat, with all the stress I have been chowing on that. MORE BAD CHOICES. A couple days ago when I got on the scale I had gained 2 lbs, today I got on it and gained a couple more!!!!! which then in turn I only did one workout (Jillian's ripped in 30 week 3) and did NOT do the iron core kettlebells like I normally do.
And I know I am in for more this week. Thursday we are planning on eating out for lunch (don't know where yet) then to my mom's for dinner and cake, Friday lunch at my mom's, and then more dinner Friday night when Hubby comes home.
At the time I didn't think I was eating that much, but I guess I really was.
