I know that the key to this weight loss journey is consistency. And I know that I haven't been consistent. I may be good during the week and blow it on the weekend. Or I might be good for a couple days, and then off a couple days. That's no way to win this battle!!
I'm gonna work hard to stay consistent. And you know what? I'm gonna reward myself too. This week I've been on track with my eating and exercise. My goal is to stay on track each day, and track my food on spark.
As far as exercise goes....I'm doing Jillians shred 3 days this week and Zumba 2 days. I may add more, but this is what I'm committing to.
If I can stay on track the entire week- I'm gonna buy myself something. I don't know what yet, but something.
I'm gonna get this stinkin weight off!!!!
