getting frusterated!!!

I have not been losing weight as quickly as I had hoped. Last time I was working out and doing sparkpeople I was losing about 2 lbs a week....this time it is more like 2 lbs a month. I have been working out 6 days a week and keeping in my range of calories, but I am not seeing any results. I am getting very frusterated!!!!

    I see that you're doing turbojam and CLX, I noticed i lost 1-2lbs/week with TurboFire, i've been doing ok with CLX as far as weight loss.

    I saw your pictures on your main page! your weightloss journeys are very impressive! and congratulations on your 2nd baby!

    Are you eating enough food? At one point with CLX I had to add in more cals and then I saw the numbers start to drop.

    I know it's hard, but be patient, you will lose the weight, you always do :). Did you go and see your doctor about your thyroid? That could be a reason maybe? But on the bright side at least you are losing still, and not standing still, I know that probably doesn't make you feel better, but thought I would mention it.
    Plus you started to workout earlier this time then you did with Elle, so maybe your body still needs time to adjust? Well hang in there, emoticon

    I think our bodies change so we lose differently each time. I know I used to lose a lot quicker before. Although this is my 1st time on spark. Hopefully you will start seeing more results soon but try not to get you down as you are still losing even if its only a 1/2 a lb a week.
