Hey girlies... I just realized that I don't think that I'm tracking my calories burned very well....
With my new position - especially now that it's the end of the year and graduation/sign out time - I am quite physical for a good 3 hrs of the day. For this time, I am constantly filing medical charts - this consists of carrying a good 5 lbs of them in my arms, walking continuously back and forth throughout the room, pulling handfuls of charts, etc, etc. I actually work up a bit of a sweat! I would normally track 3-4 hours of this as about 200 calories, but when I look at online calorie counters, they are telling me that I am burning just over 200 calories per hour!!
No wonder I'm hungry so much lately... I eat around 1500 calories a day... I've apparently lost 2 lbs over the past month... what would you folks track 3-4 hrs of filing/light lifting? The walking workout tracks over 1200 calories burned in 3 hrs!! I don't believe that!! However, what I do at work is about the same, if not more so, intense then the Leslie Sansone walking workout.
