I really want to be good at this losing weight and being healthy. It is such a tough road but right now I am super motivated. I started walking during lunches at work, if it doesn't rain. I am trying to input all foods that I am eating so I don't go out of control. I ordered a cute tankini for Florida in August, would really like to reach my goal of 150 by then, but know that just losing is great!!
