So, first 4 days have felt useless! I haven't met my goals for everything on any day yet. I meet one or two and fail on others. I traveled with a friend, her child and my kids to Dallas on Saturday and didn't eat remotely clean, so it kinda blew the weekend. I got back on the food track on Monday, but even then, didn't stay on the exercise track. Feeling totally un-motivated. I have a toe that is hurting and thus not wanting to walk as much as I said I would. Just feeling lazy and hungry and I never feel hungry usually with Sensa at my side. Course drinking protien shakes more means less Sensa...so may need to find better ways to incorporate Sensa during the day. Cause my desire to snack at night is crazy and I like I said, I haven't such urges while on Sensa before. So going to focus on getting my act together. I really want this, but it feels like my body is fighting me at every turn and I am letting it win, which isn't like me! Got to get past this funk!
