I've done it three times now...loving it! I've tried two of the three types offered. Each class, when it really gets going, I think to myself 'not sure if I can make it the whole class'. My arms and neck get pretty tired with some of the poses. And I'm making very slow progress with the balance poses. I was pretty sore the next day after the first two vinyasa classes but last night I did the bikram style and I feel great today! My joints and muscles are not achy. It really feels like a good workout and a good stretch all in one.
Very glad to have found this yoga studio!
